The Honorable Tom Davis spent 14 years in the U.S. House of Representatives, serving the 11th Congressional District of Virginia. He also was a supervisor on the Fairfax County (Va.) Board of Supervisors from 1980 to 1994, and was the board chairman from 1991 to 1994.

Stephen Cobb | Partner, Washington, D.C., Co-Chair Virginia Advocacy Team; Co-Chair State Attorneys General Practice

Mr. Cobb is a former Deputy Attorney General of Virginia, under Virginia Attorney General Mark Herring. Mr. Cobb has also previously served as an appointee in the Obama Administration and as General Counsel to the Democratic Party of Virginia, advising the party and its officials through presidential and gubernatorial election cycles on legal issues, as well as political and election law.
