Environmental Law Updates: New Case Laws and Regulatory Trends

Energy attorney Maria Camila Aponte will participate in a virtual course held by the Colombian Chamber of Infrastructure. Ms. Aponte will focus her presentation on environmental licensing and environmental permits for projects in Colombia's infrastructure sector. Ms. Aponte will also talk about recent regulatory changes in criminal matters, prior consultation, public environmental hearings and third parties involved in environmental matters.
