Maritime attorney Sean Pribyl will speak at the 29th Biennial Admiralty Law Institute about "Administering and Enforcing the Jones Act." Mr. Pribyl will discuss letter rulings, agency involvement, statutory requirements, enforcement and penalties. He will also highlight a recent U.S. Customs and Border Protection ruling relevant to offshore wind development on the Outer Continental Shelf (OCS).
