Classified Bid Protests - What You Need to Know

Government Contracts attorney Jeremy Burkhart will join a panel on classified bid protests at an American Bar Association (ABA) Bid Protest Committee event in Holland & Knight's Washington, D.C. office. Attendees can expect to learn the intricacies of protests involving classified materials; best practices when it comes to handling procedural hurdles; and what parties should consider before, during and after these protests. Mr. Burkhart will be joined by several other bid protest attorneys, a U.S. Court of Federal Claims judge and a U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) attorney.
