Microplastics: Emerging Contaminant and Evolving Legal Issues

Environmental attorney Dianne Phillips will speak at an Environmental Bankers Association webinar about the science behind microplastics. In this panel Ms. Phillips will present on perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) and microplastics as an emerging environmental issue. She will also discuss how prevalent microplastic particles are in our environment and the health effects that are beginning to be understood.
