15th Independent Sponsors Summit

Corporate attorney Kevin Christmas and private equity attorneys John Gilson, Craig Harasimowicz, Leslie Mahre and Mike Miller will attend iGlobal Forum's 15th Independent Sponsors Summit. This conference offers a number of panels focused on the latest trends, insights and best practices in the independent sponsors and capital providers community.

Mr. Christmas will join a panel titled "Syndicating vs. A Single Capital Partner: Pros and Cons." This session will discuss the goal of an independent sponsor and the role they play.
