Michael Atleson, an attorney in the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) Division of Advertising Practices, sits down with Holland & Knight Partner Anthony DiResta, co-chair of the Consumer Protection Defense and Compliance Team, to discuss how the FTC is already taking enforcement actions, providing guidance and conducting formal investigations into companies' potentially unlawful practices regarding the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies.
