International Tax Dispute Resolution

Tax attorneys Alan Granwell and Joshua Odintz will participate in the 2024 Global IFA Travelling Lectureship Programme, which features a globe-trotting set of presentations covering international tax dispute resolution. Mr. Odintz will provide opening remarks for the Washington, D.C., iteration, which will also feature Mr. Granwell as a panelist. The conversation will offer insights on topics such as U.S. tax treaty dispute resolution policy and practice, tax treaty arbitration and the U.S. perspective on the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development's (OECD) two-pillar solution. The conversation will also extend to handling OECD Pillar Two (P2) disputes and experiences with Mutual Agreement Procedure (MAP) cases.
