ACG Tampa Bay Summer Breakfast Series

Corporate attorney Mike Mills will moderate a series of panels at the Association for Corporate Growth's (ACG) Tampa Bay Summer Breakfast Series hosted at Holland & Knight's local office. The first discussion will focus on leading topics and trends in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), securities and corporate governance. The second panel will examine challenges and opportunities that arise while closing deals. The final seminar will help attendees prepare for the final stages of their transactions. ACG members will also be able to participate in networking sessions with panelists and industry leaders at each event.
