Tax attorneys Lee Meyercord, Joshua Odintz and Amish Shah will participate in the D.C. Bar's Annual Tax Conference, a premier program delivering in-depth analysis of changes to the Internal Revenue Code and international tax rules, along with updates on tax controversy trends and policy and administrative considerations influencing tax practice. Mr. Odintz will moderate a panel exploring how the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA) affects international tax compliance, specifically the controlled foreign corporation (CFC) rules. Mr. Shah will also moderate a panel reviewing the OBBBA, this time looking at its provisions regarding renewable energy tax credits. Finally, Ms. Meyercord will join a panel discussion on the Bipartisan Budget Act (BBA) centralized partnership audit regime and what taxpayers and tax counsel should know about it.
