Tax attorneys Joshua Odintz and Christopher Rizek will participate in the International Fiscal Association USA Branch's (IFA USA) 54th Annual Conference, taking place in Boston. The program will feature sessions on a range of international tax topics, from structuring domestic and cross-border transactions to Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) policy to global business acquisitions to tax controversy developments.

In addition to serving on the event's planning committee, Mr. Odintz will moderate a panel on the OECD's tax plans and tax proposals. For his part, Mr. Rizek will join a discussion on ethical use of artificial intelligence (AI) by tax practitioners. He will cover data protection and confidentiality, accuracy and bias, and reputational and professional responsibility risks that come with implementing emerging technology tools.
