International Trade attorney Turenna Ramírez Ortiz will speak at the American Conference Institute's 2nd Annual U.S.-Mexico Customs Compliance & Enforcement forum. She will cover Mexico's 2025 customs law reforms, including coordination changes between the country's Tax Administration Service (SAT) and National Customs Agency of Mexico (ANAM), continued digitalization of customs processes, and new violations, fines and enforcement responsibilities. Ms. Ramírez Ortiz will also discuss recent tariff increases affecting more than 1,400 items and the effects on sourcing, pricing and supply chain strategies, along with enforcement trends under the SAT's 2025 Master Plan and practical compliance steps for U.S. and Mexican companies.
