Land Use and Government attorney Miriam Soler Ramos will moderate a panel discussion at "Land Use Super Heroes 2026," a program co-hosted by The Florida Bar's Continuing Legal Education Committee and City, County & Local Government Law Section. The day-long course plays on the super hero theme through presentations on "Fighting to Save Gotham City" (an introduction to the major land use players in the region), "Staying Away from Kryptonite" (how Senate Bill 180 affects land use regulations and compliance) and "How to Avoid Thor's Hammer" (Live Local Act amendments and what they mean for real estate developers and housing projects). Ms. Ramos will lead an overview of case studies illustrating real-world situations implicating the issues discussed.
