Global Founder Meetup: Breaking into the U.S. Market

Corporate attorney Aaron Goldberg will lead a fireside chat with Build Momentum Venture Studio about entering the U.S. market as part of the 2026 NY Tech Week. Geared toward international founders, investors and operators, the conversation will highlight how product positioning, go-to-market strategy, cultural context, fundraising, legal due diligence and local networks all factor into successful U.S. market entry. Mr. Goldberg will additionally share lessons learned and best practices, identifying common mistakes and giving attendees the opportunity to ask questions and hear about others' experiences. The session will provide a curated networking and educational program for companies preparing to launch or build partnerships in the U.S., founders supporting international startups breaking into the American ecosystem and other players in the emerging companies and venture capital space. Corporate attorney Roman Dashko, who focuses his practice on cross-border mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions, will serve as a co-host for the program.
