Bid Protest Update: What You Need to Know Heading into the 2026 Bid Protest Season
National Contract Management Association (NCMA) Boston Chapter
Government Contracts attorneys Amy Fuentes, Anne Delmare and Ann McRitchie will lead a webinar for the National Contract Management Association's (NCMA) Boston Chapter preparing professionals for the upcoming bid protest season. They will review trends and rulings at the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) and U.S. Court of Federal Claims (COFC), where the majority of protests are decided, and explain how case outcomes have changed how protests are filed, argued and resolved. In addition to outlining the new rules, Amy, Anne and Ann will share their perspective on how these developments at the GAO and COFC should alter bid protest strategy and post-award decision actions, equipping contractors and counsel with the knowledge base to enter what is traditionally the most active time for new contract awards and resulting protests apprised of the lay of the land and with a clear understanding of their options.
