Practitioner Viewpoints: Housing Legislation Since 2017

Associate Daniel Golub was a panelist at the annual Hastings Law Journal Supreme Court of California (SCOCA) Symposium. Mr. Golub's presentation, "Practitioner Viewpoints: Housing Legislation Since 2017," built on his extensive experience litigating California’s cutting-edge housing laws by describing the role that local governments have played contributing to California's housing supply crisis, and making a strong case for the State of California to continue to reign in local opposition to housing, as it has in numerous land use zoning and permitting laws dating back to the 1960s.
