Jeffrey W. Mittleman: Themes in the pharmacy report that I think are important to highlight is there's been a significant uptick in transactions in the infusion space. So infusion pharmacies are typically specialty pharmacies that deliver care to patients in a home infusion suite or in a doctor's office or sometimes at home. And those drugs are typically done through IV. And there's just been a lot of need for patients to have those infused drugs at home or in a local setting.
And so we're seeing a significant amount of transactions where private equity as well as strategic companies are getting into the business. So we're seeing probably, you know, more deals in the infusion space than anywhere else.
