New Legislation Would Revamp Suspension and Debarment

The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee approved  the Stop Unworthy Spending (SUSPEND) Act to restructure the suspension and debarment process from federal procurement and non-procurement process. This article discusses the implications of the SUSPEND Act and the problems it addresses in the current system of suspension and debarment.
