The 2016 Amendments to the APA: Say Goodbye to United Wisconsin--and More

During the 2016 session, the Florida Legislature considered a number of bills affecting the Administrative Procedure Act (APA). Those that passed include legislation to expedite the dispensing of medical marijuana and a vetoed bill from the previous session. Those that did not pass include a bill that would have created a sunset review process for agency rulemaking authority.
