On September 23, the Department of the Army, Department of the Interior, and Department of Justice announced seven formal government-to-government consultation meetings to discuss how federal decision-making on infrastructure projects can better allow for timely and meaningful tribal input.

For those unable to make the formal consultations, the Office of the Assistant Secretary is seeking additional public input by email or mail. Comments must be received on or before November 30.
