Increasing Diversity in Outside Counsel Hiring
For the Oregon Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel's newsletter, Partner Shannon Armstrong wrote an article on how diversity can be increased through hiring outside counsel. Since many law firms seem to continue to struggle with recruiting, promoting and retaining diversity within their ranks, Ms. Armstrong offers organizations that aid in these processes and explains other strategies that in-house lawyers can consider to increase the diversity of their outside counsel.
