Daily Business Review
Daniel I. Small | Michael E. Hantman

In an article for the Daily Business Review, Partners Michael Hantman and Dan Small provide advice on what key issues to consider when completing an internal corporate investigation. Such key issues that an interviewee ought to consider include whether or not you believe you have engaged in wrongdoing and if you should attend the interview with or without a lawyer present, among other variables. The main takeaway the authors conclude with is to take the process seriously and always tell the truth.
