Regulation on Shedding Matter in the PND

On May 25, President Iván Duque sanctioned the Organic Law 1955 of 2019, which contains the National Development Plan (PND) for the period 2018-2022 and is called “Pact for Colombia, Pact for Equity.” According to the National Planning Department, the PND “is the roadmap that establishes the objectives of the Government, setting programs, investments and goals for the four-year period.” That is why it must establish provisions for the different sectors, including those related to environmental matters that solutions are found for users who discharge to the public sewer.
