California Cities Lead on Affordable Housing and Homelessness Services

Senior Policy Advisor Eve O'Toole wrote an article for Western City discussing the the challenge of affordable housing and rising rates of homelessness and the workable solutions California city officials are working toward. Ms. O'Toole focuses on the work that the Mayors & CEOs for U.S. Housing Investment, a bipartisan coalition of 26 mayors, CEOs and stakeholders, including the League, is doing and pending federal legislation that can address affordable housing and homelessness concerns.
