Mexico: Reopening Strategy for the Return to Social, Educational, and Economic Activities

This Client Alert discusses the federal guidelines in Mexico for the reopening of social, educational, and economic activities as well as the inclusion of additional industries to be considered essential. The guidelines were issued by the Secretary of Health, the Secretary of Economy, and the Secretary of Labor and Social Welfare, and published in the Official Journal of the Federation on May 14, 2020 and amended on May 15, 2020.
