ABA Webinar Moderated by Holland & Knight: Election Security

Holland & Knight Cybersecurity and Privacy Blog
Jason Klitenic

Please join Jason Klitenic, the leader of Holland & Knight's National Security, Defense and Intelligence Team, the American Bar Association's (ABA) Section of Public Contract Law's (PCL) Cybersecurity, Privacy & Data Protection Committee and the ABA Section of Science & Technology Homeland Security Committee for a webinar to hear a panel of government and industry leaders discuss election security. The presentation is designed to be practical training for those who provide legal advice to campaigns, to state and local election administrators and state government officials, as well as members of Congress to help them be prepared to know how to deal with any security incidents they may encounter leading up to and on Election Day.

Topics include:

  • If you believe your clients are experiencing a cybersecurity incident, where do you go? Who do you contact?
  • What types of legal agreements would you need to review and approve?
  • If you believe your clients are facing a nation-state directed disinformation campaign, what should you do?

Develop your playbook in advance.
