Trisha M. Rich

Legal Ethics attorneys Trisha Rich and Christopher Heredia co-authored an article in the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin summarizing the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission's (ARDC) 2020 annual report. The report highlights the commission’s work, as well as data and noticeable trends in the Illinois legal community throughout 2020. They note that there was a decline in grievances docketed for the eighth straight year along with a decline in new formal proceedings.
