Do Sanctions Return for not Registering Control?

Business attorney Isabella Díaz published an article in Asuntos Legales describing the obligations in the "Plan of Standardization of Conglomerates," designed by Colombia's Superintendency of Corporations, that takes effect Dec. 31, 2021. According to the Plan, it will be necessary to register situations of control, or subordination of control, of companies. In this article, Ms. Díaz explains when these situations arise, what a company's obligation is and what the sanctions are for noncompliance.
