Even in a Judicial Liquidation, a Company Can "Revive"

Corporate Services attorney Diana Serrano published an article in Asuntos Legales explaining the corporate restructuring process in Colombia. Article 66 of the Law 1116 of 2006 allows that, in the event of a liquidation process, a restructuring agreement is proposed and approved to prevent a company from having to liquidate.
