Aspects of the Validity of Decree 398 of 2020 to Continue Virtual Meetings of Corporate Bodies, the Health Emergency Having Ended

Corporate attorney Claro Manuel Cotes published an article in Lexir about options for virtual meetings of corporate entities in Colombia. Through Resolution 666 of April 28, 2022, the Ministry of Health and Social Protection extended the health emergency in the country and established a better interpretation of virtual meetings of partner boards, general shareholder assemblies and boards of directors. In this article, Mr. Cotes explores whether these rules are still valid after the conclusion of the health emergency.
