Constraints in Colombia's Natural Gas Supply

Energy & Natural Resources attorney Ernesto Guzmán published a column in Asuntos Legales on the growing constraints in Colombia's natural gas supply and the implications for the country's energy security, industrial competitiveness and decarbonization goals.
