Real Estate Partner Vivian de las Cuevas-Diaz is profiled in a Real Estate Beige Book article that focuses on the industry's opportunities in Miami. Ms. de las Cuevas-Diaz explains that Miami is experiencing a renaissance of sorts, bringing the city closer in character to New York City.

"Some of the best opportunities for developers and investors today can be found within Miami's urban core, in places that seemed nonviable before," she says. "The key is creativity. Smaller spaces and repurposed buildings aren't as easy to use as new, perfectly square, suburban buildings, but it's what the market is demanding."
