Holland & Knight, Arnold & Porter Steer $182M DC Deal

John Hancock Real Estate purchased a Washington, D.C., office property on Pennsylvania Avenue for $182 million from Paramus, New Jersey-based real estate investment trust Vornado Realty Trust. Holland & Knight's David Kahn represented John Hancock Real Estate in this deal, which expands the company's square footage in Washington by about 30 percent.
"It’s a great building and it was an honor to have been given the opportunity to work on this deal," Mr. Kahn said.
