Time is running short as the repeal efforts continue for the Affordable Care Act. The U.S. Senate's repeal bill, the Better Care Reconciliation Act Senior has yet to become a victory for healthcare reform. Public Affairs Advisor Miranda Franco weighs in on the matter.

"Con­gres­sion­al Re­pub­lic­ans have long prom­ised their base that they would dismantle the ACA. In the House, they voted more than 60 times to re­peal the ACA. Yet, GOP repeal-and-replace efforts remain in flux. Senate Republican leadership is well-aware of the political peril of reducing health benefits and the danger of not fulfilling the promise to repeal the ACA," Ms. Franco said.
