GAO Bid Protest Overhaul Brings Welcome Changes

Government Contracts attorney Eric Crusius provided input on the Government Accountability Office (GAO) bid protest system overhaul in an article for Law360.
"I think the more sunshine on the system, the better off we all are ... [it] further educates contractors, the public [and] contracting agencies about what's going on with a protest," said Mr. Crusius. "I think it dispels a lot of the myths and rumors that seem to involve protests and give individuals around government a negative connotation toward protests."
