D.C.-Based Opportunity Zone Fund Focused On Development Around HBCUs

Partner Alan Cohen was quoted in a Bisnow article regarding investments that have a social impact, especially those surrounding HBCUs (Historically Black Colleges and Universities). Mr. Cohen is working directly with the Opportunity Zone Incubator, a company that is providing technical assistance for organizations to launch social impact-oriented opportunity funds.
