Attorneys Danilo Romero Raad and Lucas Saffon-López advised Puig SL in the acquisition of a minority stake in Colombian beauty company Loto del Sur. Puig SL's portfolio includes brands like Carolina Herrera, Nina Ricci, Paco Rabanne, Jean Paul Gaultier and L'Artisan Parfumeur. Loto del Sur sells personal care products, cosmetics and fragrances made with local ingredients. Their products are currently sold on their online store and in eight stores, with plans to open four additional stores.
