West Coast Land Use and Environment Attorney Jennifer Hernandez spoke to CALmatters about the California Environment Quality Act (CEQA). CEQA is facing criticism for the state’s housing crisis, resulting in groups coming forward. Developers want CEQA to have fast-tracked approvals.
