In an interview with Líderes Mexicanos, Alejandro Landa, a Finance Attorney, discussed his focus in the structured finance practice. Mr. Landa added that his career has always revolved around the banking and finance sector, indicating that the financing of different projects requires balance. He also mentioned that a financial and transactional project attorney requires all the more of that parallelism - making the project beneficial for all the parties.
Mr. Landa said, "Its contribution arises from the financial legal structure, which we have combined in a very sophisticated fashion in order to provide guarantees and sources of payment for the different projects. The financing requires that there be balance and parallelism, if this is not the case, one of the parties is usually motivated to default."
