Asuntos Legales

Corporate Services attorney Ana Sofía Cabrales was mentioned in an article published by Asuntos Legales about Colombia's Consumer Statute. This law ensures the return or refund of money paid by consumers to attend an event. "The Consumer Statute does not determine a time limit for the return of money, since it should be determined by the businessman from the moment the event is announced, as part of the procedure for the return of the amount paid in cases of cancellation, information that the individual should have made available to users," she said.
