Turenna Ramírez Ortiz, who leads the firm's international trade practice in Mexico, was interviewed by Reforma about the upcoming renegotiation of the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) and the implications of tariffs imposed by the U.S. The Trump Administration announced a new series of measures targeting the pharmaceutical, furniture and heavy-duty truck industries, continuing to add costs on its trade partners who are parties to the trade agreement.
