Holland & Knight Ranked Number One for Director Liability Issues by Directors & Boards Magazine

Washington, D.C. – November 9, 2010 – Holland & Knight is the number one law firm in the United States for dealing with director liability issues according to a new survey released by Directors & Boards magazine.

This is the fourth year that Directors & Boards has conducted this survey and Holland & Knight has ranked as one of the top five law firms in this category in each of those years.
The ranking represents unaided responses from more than 350 directors of public and private companies who responded to the survey.
