Holland & Knight Named Top Law Firm for Director Liability Issues for the Seventh Year in a Row

Washington, D.C. (December 18, 2013) - Holland & Knight has been named the number one law firm in the United States for handling director liability issues, according to the annual "Top Corporate Governance Law Firms Survey," recently released by Directors & Boards magazine. Holland & Knight has topped this survey for each of the seven years that Directors & Boards has conducted it.

Directors & Boards surveyed more than 300 private, public and nonprofit directors and officers, asking them to cite up to three law firms they considered to be best in three categories: director liability issues, general corporate governance and board-level mergers and acquisitions. Holland & Knight ranked third for general corporate governance issues and fourth for managing board-level mergers and acquisitions.
