Rick Eckhard Elected to Membership in the American College of Real Estate Lawyers
Tampa, Fla. (April 21, 2014) – Holland & Knight is pleased to announce that Rick Eckhard, a partner in the firm's Tampa office, has been elected to membership in the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL). Election to the college is by invitation only and occurs following a rigorous evaluation process. Lawyers are selected for their outstanding legal ability, experience and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice of real estate law. ACREL has about 950 members.
Mr. Eckhard leads the firm's Tampa real estate group and focuses on office and retail real estate development, leasing, acquisition and disposition. He is Board Certified in Real Estate Law in Florida and is a member of the Real Estate Advisory Board of Bergstrom Center for Real Estate Studies at the University of Florida. He is recognized as a top real estate lawyer by Chambers USA, The Best Lawyers in America, Florida Trend's Legal Elite and Super Lawyers.
