John Dierking Appointed to Membership on the Florida Bar Examiners

ORLANDO, Fla. (August 2, 2018) – Holland & Knight Partner John Dierking has been appointed to membership on the Florida Board of Bar Examiners by the Supreme Court of Florida. His term of office will begin Nov. 1, 2018, and extend through Oct. 31, 2023.

The Florida Board of Bar Examiners is an administrative agency of the Supreme Court of Florida charged with the responsibility of enforcing the Rules of the Supreme Court Relating to Admissions to The Bar. This involves the supervision of character background investigations as well as the administration and grading of the Florida Bar Examination. 

Mr. Dierking practices in the area of mergers and acquisitions. He also represents clients in a variety of antitrust, financing and general corporate matters. Mr. Dierking also regularly represents clients in the review process with the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) pursuant to the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act.
