Holland & Knight Advises on Sale of Arena Bogotá

MIAMI (November 22, 2019) – Holland & Knight represented Proyectos Inmobiliarios, developers of Arena Bogotá, in the $10 million sale of the facility to Cárdenas Entertainment and Marketing Group S.A.S. (CEMG). CEMG, an entertainment company founded by entrepreneur and philanthropist Henry Cárdenas, plans to invest $30 million on finishing renovations to the arena. The deal was finalized in July.

When renovations are complete, likely in 2020, Arena Bogota will be the largest arena in Latin America with 24,000 seats.
