Holland Knight Represents TeleWorld Solutions on Sale to Samsung

Tysons, Va. (January 23, 2020) – Holland & Knight represented TeleWorld Solutions (TWS), a network services provider, on its sale to global telecommunications company Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. The deal was announced on January 13.

Headquartered in Chantilly, Virginia, TWS provides network design, testing and optimization services to mobile service and cable operators, equipment OEMs and other companies across the U.S. Samsung plans to leverage TWS’s services to help U.S.-based networks build out the next generation of wireless infrastructure.

Partner Adam August represented TWS in the deal. He was assisted by Staff Attorney Valery Slosman and Associate Andrew Erickson.
