Holland & Knight Opens Orange County Office
IRVINE, Calif. (February 1, 2021) – Holland & Knight has opened an office in Orange County, California, with a team of seven litigators formerly with the Enterprise Counsel Group (ECG). The team is led by David Robinson, who was the president and founding shareholder of ECG. Mr. Robinson is the executive partner of the new Orange County office.
In addition to Mr. Robinson, team members include Partners Benjamin Pugh and Anjuli Woods and Associates Nicholas Dellefave, Reva Hamon, Thomas Eastmond and Andrew Cummings. Law Clerks Bert Lathrop and Kendra Peterson also joined the firm.
The group focuses on complex commercial litigation, including trial, appellate, healthcare, trade secret and unfair competition law, corporate governance, real estate, water rights and constitutional matters. They represent clients ranging from public companies to individual entrepreneurs in a broad spectrum of industries, including healthcare, high technology, defense, real estate, telecommunications, finance and professional services in California, Colorado, Nevada and across the United States.
