Holland & Knight Advises Audax Private Equity on Acquisitions for Portfolio Companies FDH Aero and Alliance Ground International

MIAMI (November 10, 2021) – Holland & Knight represented Audax Private Equity in recent acquisitions for portfolio companies FDH Aero and Alliance Ground International (AGI). Audax is a leading middle market private equity firm with offices in Boston, New York and San Francisco. The firm has invested over $7 billion in more than 140 platform companies.

FDH Aero, an aerospace and defense products distributor serving aircraft production and aftermarket supply chains, acquired Stealth Aerospace on October 18. Stealth Aerospace is a stocking distributor of aerospace electrical and electro-mechanical components to the airlines and aerospace industry worldwide. Both companies are headquartered in California.

On October 21, AGI, a leading provider of specialized air cargo handling, ramp handling, small parcel, and security services, announced that it had acquired MIC Cargo. Maestro is one of the leading ground handlers at Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD). The acquisition adds additional airport warehouses and aircraft parking at ORD as AGI continues to poise itself for many years of growth.
