Holland & Knight Advises Deep Water Point on Investment Deal with Renovus Capital Partners

TYSONS, Va. (January 14, 2022) – Holland & Knight advised Deep Water Point, an Annapolis, Md.-based strategic advisory firm, as the recipient of a significant growth capital investment from Renovus Capital Partners. The deal was announced on Jan. 10, 2022.

Deep Water Point is a strategic advisory firm that helps businesses identify and win opportunities in the federal government market.

Renovus Capital Partners is a Philadelphia-area based investment firm specializing in the knowledge and talent industries. The firm's investment will support the continued growth of Deep Water Point through expanded investments in new services, talent recruitment and strategic acquisitions.

Holland & Knight Partners Adam August and Jose Morales led the firm's representation of Deep Water Point in the deal.
